The four victims of the hostage crisis in Orlando, Florida that ended Monday night were identified as their siblings.

Lillia was an elementary school student who loved to play with her friends and loved Disney World. Benenati said Aidan loved dinosaurs.
He says Dove was “just a young, beautiful boy who loved playing.”
Benenati set up a GoFundMe account to pay for the funeral costs of the children.
“These beautiful babies have never hurt anyone.” Benenati wrote that it was a sad ending to a horror-filled night.

After a 24-hour standoff, police found the bodies of the four children, and Lindsey (35), inside the Westbrook Apartments at Eaglesmere Drive late on Monday. All three died from apparent gunshot wounds.
After arriving at the house at 11.45 pm Sunday, officers received a domestic violence call and attempted to negotiate their safe release.
PEOPLE was told by a spokesperson for the Orlando Police Department that Lindsey physically abused a woman who called the police.
Benenati claims that Lindsey kicked the children’s mother in the head, and she fled the house. Bennett argues that the children were locked up in their rooms then.

Lindsey shot Officer Kevin Valencia as he arrived on the scene. He is now in critical condition.
After the shooting, Lindsey occupied the apartment with his four children for 24 hours. Police tried to negotiate with Lindsey. According to Orlando police, SWAT teams and negotiators failed to end the violence. More than 40 officers attended the scene, and nearby apartments were evacuated.
